Payment
- Full payment to be made before commencement of any barcode printing
- Guest List to be given 2 weeks before sending of wedding invitation cards for barcode printing.
- Finalised Guest List to be given 2 weeks before wedding.
Cancellation Charges
75% Refund if cancelled before barcodes are printed
30% Refund if cancelled after barcodes are printed
Machine Breakdown Policy
In the event that we are unable to provide our barcode services on the wedding day itself, there will be 100% Full refund and we will assist with reception using the back up guest list.
